Fleetwood Mac are reforming again with Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, Mick Fleetwood and John McVie all on board for a US tour kicking off in March 2009.   Tour rehearsals commence in Los Angeles on Monday January 5th.

The tour is being dubbed “Unleashed” with what will essentially be a greatest hits set list with no new album to promote.  Hopefully the band will also revisit some other deep album cuts that weren’t played live in 2003 or 1997 this time around.  The band have not ruled out a new studio album which could come together later in the year.

Thankfully, Sheryl Crow will not be joining the band for this tour as previously rumored.

eww, V|agra time for Lindsey! Seriously, that guy is a pathological liar.Igor Stravinskij and Warren Zevon were right. Shame on him!

    You don’t like Sheryl Crow?

  3. Tim T. Says:

Hi Tom, thanks for your comment. I like Sheryl Crow but I don’t think she would fit into the Mac’s lineup and she’s certainly no replacement for Christine McVie!

  4. Tom t Says:

Remember that guy in Chicago that looked just like the young Gerry Garcia?

  5. Tim Says:

Oh yeah! The bartender from “The Last Act” across from Second City on Wells.

  6. Buck Says:

I think a mellowed B Spears would be a good, young, fresh component for the F Mac…need a male counter, maybe K Rock (a la ballad with S Crow)…one album, one tour, lots of buzz…
